Piercing Aftercare Guide
Aftercare is just as important as the piercing. We want you to have the best experience and minimize the healing time as much possible, but for that to happen we need your help. Below are specific instructions on how to care for your piercing.
WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU TOUCH ANY NEW PIERCING!
Do not change any new piercing for 6-8 weeks!
EXTERNAL PIERCINGS:
**Do not use peroxide, alcohol, or healing gels of any kind. This will cause your piercing to reject and or keloid!
**Use dial gold antibacterial soap and water ONLY! Use a Q-tip with soap and water and clean one/ both ( depending on which piercing you have) sides of piercing with the q-tip.
**Clean 3-5 times DAILY!
INTERNAL PIERCINGS:
( Lips and anything in the mouth)
** Follow above instructions and add
Rinsing mouth with antiseptic mouth wash every time you eat, drink, or smoke for 5-7 days.
** You may use ice chips or popsicles to bring down swelling!
